A fracking horror story that follows two neighboring farm families who find their relationships are strained when one of them chooses to lease their land to a natural gas company. In the midst of growing tension, the land is drilled, and something long-dormant and terrifying, deep beneath the earth's surface is released. "Unearth" is about the horrifying repercussions that are sown by shortsighted decisions, and what our children reap from our actions.

Anger is An Earthquake

Anger Is An Earthquake is an Original Composition for Flute, Electronics and Spoken Word that I wrote for my Graduate Recital this semester. The 1st mvmt. is a strict 12 tone movement: I sampled my water phone, adhering to 12 tone rules, and the flute (yes that is me in the dark) has the opening row to start off. The 2nd mvmt. was just a fun experiment with recorded found objects that riffs against the flute and the spoken word. The spoken word portion was provided by my good friend Timothy, who is one of the coolest people I know. We sat and had a couple drinks and I showed him randomized images of things and asked him to expound on how they made him feel. I then recorded it all. **Please note: These are not all of his personal experiences/thoughts: maybe some are... maybe some are artful interpretations/exaggerations of his life and willful editing on my part.**

Staten Island Comic Con

I loved working on this Project for Richmond City Media. I have never had the opportunity to try my hand at writing an 8 bit inspired track. I was able to try some bit crusher plug-ins which I have never had a reason to use! Also, when people ask why I don't live in Williamsburg or Manhattan... Just watch this! There ARE awesome people in Staten Island, a stones throw from the city, but miles from the pretense!!! RCM captures this so well!!!

CoFFEE & SISTERS Movie score

Scoring the music for this movie was a wonderful experience.  I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa Pelicano a few times now and her vision is so laser sharp! The dynamic of familial tension was explored in this film and was really interesting to explore musically.
